Meals and Masks

During these days of Holy Week, Passover, and Easter, bread and wine, wheat and grapes are often sacred symbols used to express our unity as sisters and brothers in the family of God: “We are many parts, we are all one body . . .”

Recently, at The Dwelling Place, masks and take-out meals given at the door to our Wednesday dinner guests were a sign of our ongoing care for our sisters in need. We are many parts…we are all one body. Very different symbols yet genuine signs of love poured out.

So many of you have reached out in love and concern for us during these past weeks. Thank you!
