Join Our First Virtual Fundraiser and Help Bring The Ladies Home!

Help us reopen one of New York City’s only shelters for homeless women! The women we serve need us now more than ever, and we cannot reopen without your help.

With grateful hearts, we invite you to join us for The Dwelling Place’s first virtual fundraiser, “Bring the Ladies Home for the Holidays.” This special week of giving will help us raise the final amount of funding that we need to safely reopen our shelter during the pandemic so that we can resume our mission of bringing women from homeless to home.

In this time of great need, your support of The Dwelling Place is more vital than ever. Your donation will help us complete the necessary alterations to our building so that we can safely reopen. After we are able to begin operating again, your continued support will provide us with urgently-needed items such as thermometers, hand sanitizing dispensers, individually-wrapped food items, feminine hygiene products, laptop computers that the women will use to search for jobs, and other operating expenses.

On behalf of the women that we serve, thank you for your support of The Dwelling Place of NY.
